Why can't I tweet on TheSlap from the show Victorious?

I searched up TheSlap from victorious and I found it, I made a profile
but I can't actually put my updates on TheSlap i can only make an
avatar, put my moods, comment on the victorious people and i can only
put my favorite videos on my profile???
SO CONFUSED?!?! xD xD xD
